The Long View Marathon

The Long View Marathon takes place on October 10, 2026 in Fort Collins, Colorado. The event includes a full marathon, a half marathon, and a 5k. The marathon begins at Edora Park in Fort Collins and finishes at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland. The half marathon starts at Fossil Creek Park and also finishes at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland. The courses use sections of the newly completed Long View and Front Range bike paths and include views of nearby mountains.

Race details and logistics

Packet pickup is available at Altitude Running in Fort Collins on the day before the race. Race-day packet pickup and on-site registration will be available at each start location: the marathon start, the half marathon start, and the 5k start at Fairgrounds Park. Awards are given for the marathon and half marathon with overall male and female top three placings and age-division prizes (29 and under; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and up). The 5k has top-three overall awards for male and female and top-three masters awards for male and female.
