The Long View Marathon
The Long View Marathon takes place on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Fort Collins and Loveland, Colorado. The event includes three race distances and follows a mostly point to point route that ends at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland.
The event program includes these distances:
- Marathon
- Half marathon
- 5K
The full marathon starts at Edora Park in Fort Collins. The half marathon starts at Fossil Creek Park. Both the marathon and half marathon finish at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland. The courses use sections of the newly completed Long View and Front Range bike paths and pass areas with mountain views.
Packet pickup is available at Altitude Running in Fort Collins on the day before the race and race day pickup is available at each start location. When race shirts sell out during registration, shirts are kept at the finish line for later pickup.
Awards are presented for both the marathon and half marathon with overall and age division prizes for men and women, and gift cards to local stores. The 5K has overall and masters awards for top finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
