The Lighthouse Marathon and Ultra

The Lighthouse Marathon and Ultra is a challenging running event held in Cornwall, starting at Pendeen and finishing near Godrevy lighthouse. The marathon covers 26 miles along a demanding coastal path featuring mud, water, rocks, sand, tarmac, big climbs, and dunes, with over 4,000 feet of elevation gain. The Ultra race begins at Lands End near Longships Lighthouse, adding an extra 10 miles before joining the marathon route for a total of 36 miles and an additional 1,800 feet of climbing.
