Rosemullion 10k
The Rosemullion 10k is a multi-terrain road and trail race organised by Falmouth Running Club in its fifth year. The event takes runners on a mostly off-road route that includes local footpaths, the coastal path around Rosemullion Head and the entrance to the Helford River, as well as tracks, fields and country lanes. The course offers a mix of surfaces and coastal views.
The race is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series and uses Carwinion Playing Field in Mawnan Smith as the start and finish location; the venue postcode is TR11 5JD. The event is for runners aged 16 years and over and has an entry limit of 250. A course cut-off time of 1 hour 45 minutes applies. All finishers receive a medal and memento. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women, and to the top three in multiple age categories for both men and women. The race holds a licence status of pending.
