This is an A to B event. Runners must book the shuttle bus from the finish to the start before the event or arrange their own transport to the start. The shuttle runs only before the race; there are no buses after the event. A bag drop will be available at registration and all bags will be transported to the finish.
Runners must carry a backpack containing water or fluids, a charged mobile phone with emergency contacts, food or gels, a headtorch if they finish after 4:30 pm, and a lightweight jacket. There is a strict cut off at 6:00 pm and anyone not at the final feed station by 4:30 pm will not be allowed to continue.
Live chip timing will be used. All finishers receive a metal event medal, an event T shirt, and snacks and drinks. Car parking at Druridge Bay Country Park is payable for all visitors. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
