The Kingdom of Northumbria Coastal Ultra
The Kingdom of Northumbria Coastal Ultra is a scenic 54km ultra trail run held in Northumberland, starting near Bamburgh Castle and finishing at Druridge Bay Country Park. The route showcases historic coastal landmarks including Beadnell Harbour, Dunstanburgh Castle, Craster Village, and Warkworth Castle. This point-to-point event features three well-stocked feed stations at Low Newton, Boulmer, and Warkworth Beach.
Runners must carry mandatory safety kit such as water, food, a charged phone, and a lightweight jacket. Live chip timing is provided, and finishers receive a medal, exclusive long-sleeve T-shirt, snacks, and drinks. Parking is available at the finish location for a fee.
