The Kilbourne Community 5k and Fun Run
The Kilbourne Community 5k and Fun Run takes place on September 7, 2026, at Worthington Hills Elementary School, 1221 Candlewood Dr, Columbus, OH 43235. The event supports the Worthington Kilbourne Boys and Girls Cross Country teams and is organized with assistance from WKHS Cross Country athletes and the Worthington Kilbourne Cross Country Boosters.
Race offerings include:
- Kids Fun Run : 200 yards, untimed, for 10 years and under, free registration.
- 5k Run/Walk : 5K, timed, open to all ages.
Registration opens March 20, 2026. Registration deadlines differ by event: the 5k registration closes August 2, 2026, while the kids fun run registration closes September 4, 2026. Registration fee options listed for the 5k period through August 2 are $30 without a shirt and $45 with a shirt. The shirt order deadline is August 23, 2026.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Fleet Feet Lewis Center and on race day at Worthington Hills Elementary School. Medals are provided for first time 5K participants.
