The Hustle at Pinehurst
The Hustle at Pinehurst is a trail race set at Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area near Ayr, Ontario. The event uses a 12.5 km loop that runs through forested singletrack, around Pinehurst Lake, and across open meadows, with a few short climbs and sections of natural trail and roots underfoot. About 70% of the loop is natural trail and each 12.5 km circuit has roughly 232 metres of elevation gain.

Aid and services on course include three aid stations at two locations on the course plus one at the start and finish area. Stations are stocked with water, Skratch Lemon-Lime and a mix of sweet and salty snacks; runners are asked to bring their own cup or hydration system because the race is cup free. Timing is provided by Chip Time Results with per-lap chip timing at the start/finish area.
Race registration includes a race bib, chip timing, a New Balance finisher backpack for all finishers, a collapsible cup for future events, a finisher running buff, a finisher medal, and several branded samples and vouchers. The event is sanctioned and insured by Athletics Ontario. On-site parking and weekend camping at the conservation area are available; there is no bag check.
