The Hub 5K and Family Fun Run : Cold Spring, NY
The event takes place at the Cold Spring Riverfront Bandstand, 2 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516. It features a main 5K run/walk and a short Family Fun Run along the lower blocks of Cold Spring.
Registrations and fees:
- 5K : one 5K entry plus one Fun Run entry included; registration opens August 1 and the listed fee is $45.00.
- 0.3 Miles : Family Fun Run; separate registrations open August 19 and the listed fee is $10.00. Each 5K registrant may join the Fun Run at no additional cost. Additional Family Fun Run participants must be registered.
Participants who register by September 4 will be eligible to receive a free T shirt in a light athletic fabric bearing this year's Hub 5K Race logo.
The 5K route goes through streets of Cold Spring and Nelsonville. Awards are planned for the top three male and top three female adult finishers and top three male and top three female under-18 finishers. Free parking is available at the Metro-North Cold Spring Station. Proceeds benefit the Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub, which supports local mental health and addiction resources, education, and programming.
