Course and logistics
The course uses a spectator-friendly, multi-loop format along the Shore Road Promenade. Participants complete three 4.36 mile loops. Fluid stations are placed roughly every mile. Course support is reported to remain open for three hours. Bib pickup is held on race day only, with baggage check located adjacent to bib pickup at the Start/Finish area. Finishers receive medals, and post-race refreshments listed for the finish area include bagels, chips, cookies and water. On-street parking is available on Shore Road and adjoining streets; the R train to Bay Ridge Ave is an additional transit option with an approximate 0.6 mile walk to the pier.
