Course and Venue

The race starts and finishes at Hereford Rugby Club on Belvedere Lane. The route is described as an undulating figure-of-eight course, run mainly on country lanes around Herefordshire. A single water station on the course will be passed at the 4-mile and 7-mile points. The event is held under a full UK Athletics race licence.

Facilities and Regulations

Parking is not available at the rugby club; participants are directed to nearby pay-and-display car parks. Toilets are available on site. Post-race water is provided, with additional refreshments available for purchase from the club. The event will have full medical cover. Headphones are not permitted during the race, with the exception of bone-conducting models.

Awards and Results

Every finisher receives a race memento. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female runners, with additional age category prizes in 5-year veteran bands.
