The event has a maximum capacity of 500 entrants. Participants must be at least 18 years old on the day of the event, and all registrations must be completed in advance as no entries are accepted on the day.
Race headquarters are located at the Hereford Rugby Club. While the club facilities include toilets and will be open for refreshments, there is no parking available at the venue itself. Attendees are required to use pay and display car parks located within walking distance. On the course, a water station is positioned to be passed at the 4-mile and 7-mile marks, and water is also available at the finish line.
