The Hardmoors 110 : event overview

The Hardmoors 110 is a single-stage trail ultramarathon held 23–24 May 2026. The route follows the Cleveland Way National Trail around the North York Moors and the Cleveland Heritage coastline. The course totals 110 miles and has a 36-hour time limit. The route starts in Filey and finishes in Helmsley, passing coastal locations including Scarborough, Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby, Staithes, Runswick Bay and Saltburn, and traversing the Cleveland Hills and the North York Moors. The event location is given as Filey Brigg Carpark, YO14 9ET.

Entries and logistics

Entries open 6 July 2025 and close 24 April 2026. Minimum age to enter is 18. Entry options and fees listed are: solo entry £199.00 and relay team entry £250.00, with a £2 affiliated discount for solo athletes. Entries are managed through the SiEntries system and registration is held at Filey Brigg cafe. A coach transfer from Helmsley to Filey is offered for a fee of £25.
