The race takes place on over 100 acres of cedar and hardwood forest on an escarpment, with views of landmarks like AT&T Stadium and the Fort Worth skyline.
Participant Information
Participants must bring their own hydration bottles for this cupless race. Headlamps and poles are also recommended. Runners receive a t-shirt and medal, while ruckers receive a t-shirt and challenge coin. For the rucking division, specific weights are required to be eligible for awards.

The event address is 8701 Isom Ln in Dallas. Parking is free, with a request for cash donations to support the venue. Packet pickup is available on the Thursday and Friday before the race at different locations, and on race morning. Proceeds from the event support The Great Root Movement nonprofit.
