The Great Pickle Race 5K and Pickleball Tournament in Reeds Spring
The Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake organizes a community sports day at Wolf Pack Park in Reeds Spring. The program includes a 5K trail race, a one mile color fun run on pavement, and an open doubles pickleball tournament in a round robin format.
Distances:
- 5K on wooded trails at Wolf Pack Park
- 1 mile color run on paved park surfaces
For the 5K, medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 18 and under, 19 to 39, and 40 and older. The youngest and oldest finishers also receive recognition. For the fun run, top boy and girl finishers receive medals. Water and snacks are available for participants. Participants who register by September 3 receive a t-shirt; registrations on September 4 or later receive a shirt only if supplies remain. All participants receive a raffle ticket for gift certificates and attraction passes.
The pickleball tournament is open doubles with three skill levels: Beginner 2.0 to 2.9, Intermediate 3.0 to 3.5, and Advanced 3.5 and above. Teams register at the highest skill level represented by the partners. Medals go to the top three teams in each category. All players receive a t-shirt and a raffle entry.
