Lincoln Marathon - Full, Half, 10K, 5K Running Festival
Maine Endurance Sports Alliance (MESA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, presents the Lincoln Marathon Running Festival in Lincoln, Maine. The event offers multiple distances with courses that start at the corner of West Broadway and Main Street and head south on Route 2 toward Enfield. The course is described as flat and straight.
The festival is USATF sanctioned and the marathon and half marathon are Boston certified (Marathon ME22003BK, Half ME22004BK). Pine Tree Racing Services is the official race timer. There is no time limit for completing the race.
Logistics include an operations tent at the starting area where participants may leave bottles to be placed on a special table at each water station. A vendor area will be located at the finish line. Organizers note nearby parking as well as lodging and dining options for participants and guests. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at THE MAINE EXPERIENCE, located close to the starting line.
The event offers special multi-race medals in 2026. The Run the Highlands medal is for participants who complete both the Bangor Marathon and the Lincoln Marathon using combinations of full and half races, two full races, or two half races. The Vacationland Triple Crown medal is available to those who complete three of the four MESA races in 2026 using combinations of full and half races, three full races, or three half races.
