The Glue Loop
The Glue Loop is a timed running event held in Prospect Park at the Peristyle, Park Side Ave and Parade Pl, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Registration is not yet open; organizers will open registration prior to the event and provide notification options.
Event amenities include live online, text, and email results, free finish-line photos, and the option for a personalized bib when registered at least three weeks before the event. Bib pickup requires a bib number; entrants can use online lookup tools if needed. Registrants who sign up within 24 hours of the event will receive their bib number by text, typically within 90 seconds.
The event offers a $200 cash bonus to any athlete who breaks the course record in their respective gender category. Current course record times listed for the categories are 16:02.20 for men, 18:06.70 for women, and 19:42.40 for non-binary competitors. Award categories include Top 1 M/F/X Overall and M/F/X age-group placements for 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Race-day results and media are provided live online with same-day finish-line photos and video. Additional race photos are posted on the event organizer’s social channels. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
