The Gerald Story Memorial Fun Run
The event takes place on 31 May 2026 at Worksop College, Cuthbert's Avenue, Worksop S80 3AP. It is an annual run held in memory of Gerald Story and organised by Worksop Harriers. The course runs into Clumber Park and is approximately 5.5 miles long. The route is mostly trail with a short closed-road section. The course is fully marshalled and has first aid support. A medal is provided to everyone who finishes. Dogs are not allowed. The event has a licence pending with the Trail Running Association under EA rules. All profits are being donated to Cancer Research.
Entries and race information
Entries opened 18 June 2025 and close 25 May 2026. The minimum age is 16 on the event date. Entry fees are UKA Member £13.50 and Non Member £15.50. The event shows 23 participants entered so far.
