The Georgia Jewel is a multi-distance trail running event held in Dalton, Georgia and organized by Georgia Jewel. The event offers several distances over trail terrain on the Pinhoti and Dry Creek trail systems.

The Pinhoti course is described as predominantly single-track, with extensive ridgeline sections and a rock garden. Organizers note a short, very steep climb known informally as "Mt. Baker." The 100 mile course starts at the Dalton Convention Center, runs out to the Dry Creek Trail system, and returns to the same finish area.
The Dry Creek system is maintained by SORBA and is characterized by runnable single-track through pine forest. The looped sections allow crews to see a runner at the same location for extended distances. Buses transport runners of the 18, 35, and 50 mile distances to their start locations, and toilets are provided at those starting areas.
The finish area includes seating, food, and beer and is organized to accommodate arriving runners and their crews. The event is managed for a field of about 450 runners, allows distance changes while entries remain available, and does not offer refunds, deferrals, or bib transfers.
