The swim takes place in Ladyburn Lake. Bike routes use coastal roads described as mostly flat and scenic; run routes use flat paths that circle the lake and pass nature reserves and beaches. On-course feed stations provide hydration, gels, fruit and snacks. On-site camping is available with hardstanding pitches and a camping field; parking at the park requires payment. Timing is live-chip timing by Timing Up North. Finishers receive a medal and event hoody (or T-shirt for swim-only) and hot catered food is provided except for swim-only entries. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers and to age-group/category winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
