Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series
The Forest Gumpers Trail Race Series holds trail races in Ottawa on the second Tuesday of each month from May through August. Each event is an evening trail run of 5 km with a minimal entry fee. Races take place on Ottawa trails and are followed by refreshments and a social gathering.
