The Flower Of Suffolk

The Flower of Suffolk is a scenic running event taking place in October, starting and finishing at Walberswick Village Hall. Participants can choose between two courses: 18 miles and 26 miles, traversing the beautiful Suffolk coast and inland heathland paths around Minsmere and Dunwich. The event includes amenities such as hot drinks at the start, food and drinks at checkpoints, and a meal for all finishers.
