The Fittest 5k
The Fittest 5k by Fitness Coliseum is a combined running and functional fitness event on 2026-08-22 in Owosso, Michigan, at 210 S Water St. The event is presented as a 5k distance split into running sections separated by fitness tests. Participants may run, walk, or use a combination of both for the 5k.
The 2026 format pairs longer run segments with exercises at stations.
