The Fast & The Furriest Fun Run Tracy
The Fast & The Furriest Fun Run is presented by Tracy Animal Services and the nonprofit Friends of Tracy Animal Shelter at the Tracy Animal Shelter, 2375 Paradise Avenue. The event is a fundraiser that features a 2 mile fun run with family oriented festivities following the run.
Participation centers on dogs. The event is limited to dogs only. All dogs must be leashed on a 6 ft non retractable leash and must be under the control of an adult aged 18 or older. Organizers request that only dogs that are animal and people friendly be brought to the event.
Registrants may create a team during registration; a fundraising page will be sent by email after team creation. The team that raises the most funds will be featured on the Tracy Animal Shelter lobby wall and will receive five raffle tickets per team member. Onsite offerings include vendors, music, food, picture stations, a costume competition with prizes, and raffle items.
