The event takes place on June 20, 2026, at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. It comprises three separate distance options and offers both running and walking formats. The course has its start and finish area near the Clements Center on the university campus.

Packet pick up for the event is available the day before at Fleet Feet Sports Lewis Center, 1270 E. Powell Rd., Lewis Center, Ohio 43085, during regular business hours on Friday, June 19 (11am–7pm). Race day packet pick up begins at Otterbein University on the morning of the event.
The event includes a themed short sleeve shirt and an official finisher's medal for participants, free race photos, and a post-race party featuring Jet's Pizza and beverages. The organizer maintains a no refund policy for all events; bib transfers are allowed for a fee of $15. Strollers are permitted on the course. Pets are not allowed, though service animals specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome.
