The ENDURrun 2026
The ENDURrun is an eight-day running event held in the Waterloo region of Ontario. This is the 21st edition.
The main challenge, called the "Ultimate", consists of seven stages over eight days for a total of 160 km. The schedule is as follows:
- Stage 1: Half marathon at RIM Park, Waterloo.
- Stage 2: 15 km time trial at Riverbluffs Park, Cambridge.
- Stage 3: 30 km cross country run at Shade's Mills Conservation Area, Cambridge.
- Stage 4: 10 mile hill run on the Walter Bean Trail, Kitchener.
- Stage 5: 25.6 km technical trail run at Baden Hills, Wilmot.
- Stage 6: 10 km time trial on a track at St David Catholic Secondary School, Waterloo.
- Stage 7: Marathon at RIM Park, Waterloo. This stage is a certified BQ course.
The event takes place from August 9 to 16, 2026. A pre-race meeting and kit pickup occurs the day before. Each stage has a specific time limit for completion. Aid stations with water and Gatorade are provided on course, and post-race snacks are available.
Participation is possible as a relay team (2 to 7 runners) or as a guest runner for certain individual stages. Registration is capped at 75 Ultimate participants, 10 relay teams, and 65 guest runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
