The Country Mile 48 Hour - Run/Walk
The Country Mile 48 hour is a 48 hour endurance run and walk held at Beechwood Family Farm in Marietta, South Carolina on April 2–4, 2027. The event uses a looped course of 4.167 miles with clear directional arrows and an elevation gain of about 25 feet per loop. Timing is electronic with a bib and chip on a neoprene ankle strap; each lap is recorded automatically at the timing mat.

Camping from Thursday, April 1 through Sunday, April 4 is included for participants. RV spots are limited to the first 40 reservations and carry a $40 fee. Tent and car camping are available on site; dry camping utilities are limited and water is available at the U-Pick stand. Food is provided by Travelers Rest High School Cheerleaders as a fundraiser and a beer truck will be on site. The aid station offers snacks, hot soup, water, soda and coffee; aid support is limited overnight while volunteers rest.
Awards include buckles for 100 mile finishers, finisher medals for other distances, lapel pins and cumulative mileage awards. A Participant Volunteer Program offers a 25% registration discount when a runner provides a volunteer for a confirmed three hour shift. Early registration is listed at $85 through May 1.
