Event overview
The Country Mile 48 Hour is a multi-day run/walk held April 3–5, 2026 at Beechwood Farms in Slater-Marietta, SC (204 Bates Bridge Rd, 29661). The event is organized as a 48-hour timed event on a looped course. A kids fun run with an Easter egg hunt and a religious service on Easter Sunday are part of the weekend program. A virtual 48-hour option is offered.
Course, distances, awards and logistics
The course is a 4.167-mile loop with about 75 ft elevation gain per loop and a surface of roughly 95% wide dirt paths, with some grass and light gravel. Clear directional arrows mark turns. Chip timing records each lap; runners receive a bib and chip with a neoprene ankle strap and live results.
