Somerset Area XC Programs and Phoenix Wellness present a 5K run held in Downtown Somerset, Kentucky. The course is an out-and-back routed from the Pulaski County Judicial Center area at 50 Public Square, Somerset, KY 42501. The event page describes the route as the fastest course in Somerset.
Registration fees are listed between $20 and $25, with a lower price available through mid-June and a higher fee on race day. Early registration by June 6 guarantees a T-shirt. Early packet pick-up is scheduled for June 20 at a location to be determined. Race day registration and packet pick-up take place in front of the Pulaski County Judicial Center in downtown Somerset.
Walkers are explicitly welcome. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, top three in each age division, and top three teams. Age divisions include 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
