The Color Run | Miami 2026
The Color Run | Miami 2026 is a noncompetitive 5K event on August 22, 2026 at Miami Homestead Speedway, 1 Ralph Sanchez Speedway Blvd., Homestead FL 33035. The event is organized by The Color Run (Event Lab) and features on-course color zones and a Finish Festival with music and color throws.
Participants pass through multiple color zones, typically spaced each kilometer, where food-grade colored powder is applied. The course includes at least one water station on course and another at the finish. Runners are required to wear a race bib on the front of their shirt to access the course.
Packet pickup details will be emailed before the event. A photo ID is required to pick up a race packet. There is a same day packet pickup fee of $5 cash to encourage pre-pickup, and pre-ordered merchandise must be claimed by race start or at packet pickup; unclaimed items will be forfeited. Waves are released at the starting area every 2 to 5 minutes.
Event logistics note that there is no bag check, parking may cost up to $20 cash, and spectators are admitted free with viewing areas near the start and finish. Refunds are not offered; ticket transfers are permitted. After the run the Finish Festival continues with music and additional color activity.
