The COD Triple

The COD Triple is an exciting running event taking place from March 7th to March 9th, 2025, in Shropshire. Participants can choose to run for one, two, or all three days, with options for 10K, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon distances. The event features scenic routes, including a nature reserve, the banks of the River Severn, and views of the historic Ironbridge Gorge.
