The Capable of More Challenge : Coach McNelly Stadium, Limerick PA
The Capable of More Challenge is a four hour, team based running event held on a quarter mile track at Coach McNelly Stadium (Spring-Ford 9th Grade Center) in Limerick, Pennsylvania. Teams consist of two to ten people and may rotate members on the track over the event period. Up to three team members may be on the track at the same time; this limit may be adjusted based on the number of registrants.
Teams log and tally laps on their own team poster board and track their progress throughout the event. The team that completes the most laps will receive a prize as announced by the organizers. The event provides water, electrolytes, and light snacks on site; participants are encouraged to bring any personal fuel or hydration they prefer.
On-site stadium bathrooms are available. Free on-site parking is provided at the stadium, with overflow parking listed at 400 S Lewis Rd, Royersford, PA 19468. Attendance is free and optional donations may be offered during registration; donations exceeding operating costs will be given to Girls on the Run. Teams commonly bring chairs, tents, and other items to set up a home base for the morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
