Long Life Meal Prep Cannonball Running Festival
The Long Life Meal Prep Cannonball Running Festival is a two-day running event in Greensboro, North Carolina, held at Country Park with courses along the A & Y greenway. All race start and finish locations are at Country Park.

The Double Barrel Challenge pairs the Friday night 5K with a Saturday race, creating combined finishers recognition for participants who complete both events. Double Barrel finishers receive two custom finisher medals plus additional special items for completing the challenge.
Event features for registered participants include a custom finisher medal (Kids Dash does not receive a medal), a runner long-sleeved shirt if registered at least two weeks before the event, snacks, a post-race meal, and beer for those 21 and older. Participants receive two craft brews with registration; local craft breweries serve on Saturday and beer sale proceeds support the Greensboro Science Center, a listed charity partner.
