Trivium Racing presents the Reindeer Romp in Jamestown on Saturday, December 5, 2026. The event offers two running distances and provides race packets, including shirts, if the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee.

The event has a defined refund policy and a transfer policy. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event start date. Requests made earlier than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee; processing fees are excluded. Entries cannot be transferred or deferred to another event or year.

If a transfer to another individual is requested, a $5 transfer fee applies and T-shirt size cannot be changed. In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather or other emergency conditions, race packets and shirts will be made available at a location to be determined.
