The Braden James 5K Rainbow Run/Walk

The Braden James 5K Rainbow Run/Walk takes place at Bluemont Park, 601 N Manchester St, Arlington, VA 22203. The in-person 5K (with a virtual option) follows a USATF-certified trail course through the park, inviting runners and walkers to join a festive rainbow-themed atmosphere where costumes and colorful tutus are encouraged. Race-day amenities include water, hot chocolate, coffee, cupcakes, and donuts, plus live results and free finish-line photos; personalized bibs are available for early registrants.

Proceeds benefit The Braden James Fund, supporting DIPG families through PLAY, ADVOCATE and CURE. Parking is in designated areas on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking and safety tips are provided on-site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
