The Blue Rose Run 1 Mile Walk and 5K Run
The Blue Rose Run is an inaugural community running and walking event at Bachman Lake in Dallas on October 24, 2026. The event offers a 5K run and a 1 Mile Walk, with a flat, paved loop course that passes water views and shaded paths.
Participants are associated with fundraising for the Lisa Sandel Police Women’s Foundation. The event includes a post-race Shield Social that features live music, a vendor village, complimentary recovery snacks, and an awards ceremony recognizing top finishers and community honorees.
Packet pickup is scheduled on two days before race day at Luke's Locker, 3046 Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, and on race day at the venue, 3500 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75220. A course map is noted as coming soon and an interactive route is linked by the organizer.
Registration is available for the two distances with tiered pricing that changes over time.
