The Blood Run - Lennox, SD
The Blood Run is a timed loop event held on a 1.5 mile circuit around an organic vegetable farm south of Lennox, SD. The course follows a border around acres of vegetable fields and is mainly well traveled dirt with some pasture where miniature animals reside. Elevation change is minimal and the exact trail routing can vary depending on summer rainfall.
Multiple race durations run concurrently on the same loop and share a common finish time. Distances offered include:

There is one fully stocked aid station on the loop that runners pass each circuit; the aid station includes flush toilets. Camping spots are available for runners and crews, and crewing is allowed from a campsite or a vehicle. Crews may remain on the farm during the event.
The event name refers to the farm called The Good Earth and a nearby monument and state park named Blood Run.
