Terrain includes fields, trail and public footpaths; navigation is fully marked. Trail shoes are recommended. Water stations are not provided; runners must carry a water container for refills. Mandatory kit includes a windproof or waterproof jacket and a water container. Facilities at the race HQ include toilets, bag storage and a car park.
