The Big Run 5K 2026
The Big Run 5K is an annual event held in Plano to celebrate Global Running Day. The 2026 edition coincides with the 50th anniversary of Fleet Feet. The event is scheduled to take place at 2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy in Plano, Texas. The gathering focuses on the community aspects of the sport, including camaraderie and personal accomplishment.

The event environment includes food, drinks, and presence from several local health and wellness vendors. Equipment brand Brooks is a partner for the event and provides prizes for the top finishers.
Recognition is given to the top participants in the male and female categories. The first-place winners receive Brooks brand shoes, the second-place finishers receive Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 equipment, and the third-place finishers are awarded a bundle containing nutrition products and socks. All participants who complete the course will receive a finisher shirt and a medal. The registration cost increases after April 15, 2026.
