The Big Mile
The Big Mile is a free mass participation running event located in London. The course takes place on the road and is characterized as a fast and flat route. The event is designed for a variety of participants, including families with children and individuals seeking to increase their physical activity.
The run occurs on the same finishing stretch used by The Big Half marathon. Participants begin the race at the start line on Creek Road. The course concludes next to the Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

Participants receive timed results and event photography. Hydration is provided in the form of bottled mineral water. Entrants have the option to receive a finisher's medal or to choose to plant a tree through an environmental initiative.
The event site includes several facilities for participants and spectators. A free festival area is located in Greenwich Park for post-event celebrations. On-site amenities include:
