Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 TAMPA
The Sloth Run takes place on August 29, 2026, at Courtney Campbell Trail in Tampa, FL. The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual run option that can be completed anywhere with a tracking device. This edition is organized as smaller, private group waves with a cap per wave and limited capacity; waves often fill quickly and a wait list or virtual option is available.

Swag typically includes a running shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as a paid upgrade.
The event includes online results and a certificate of completion. Fundraising is optional; organizers note that miles logged after the race will be converted to charitable donations.
