Event Overview
The Sloth Run is a running event with the tagline "Slow Is the New Fast." It is a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave, open to all paces and ages (participants under 18 must be with a guardian). The event encourages a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere.

Event Details
The run takes place on the Courtney Campbell Trail in Tampa, Florida. There are multiple wave start times: Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:00 AM, and Wave C at 8:30 AM. Late runners can start upon arrival, as coordinators stay for three hours after the first wave. The event does not use timing chips; participants may track their own time using an app or ask coordinators for assistance.
Participant Benefits
Registration includes a swag bag with a running t-shirt (shipped within the US prior to the event), a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. Participants also receive online results, a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join a local running club. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade.
Registration
The event is expected to sell out quickly, and waves will close as they fill. Last-minute registrations (within two weeks of the race) are accepted, but shirts may arrive after the run date.
