The Run for Coffee Lovers event takes place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Riverwalk, 3rd Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205. The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual option. It is organized in timed waves with a cap per wave; waves are filled on a first come, first served basis and late runners may join upon arrival. The event includes a Family 1 Mile Fun Run.

Format, timing and inclusions
Timing is optional and no timing chips are used; participants may track time with running apps and submit results for online posting. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag for US registrants is shipped to the mailing address provided; shirts are mailed the week of the race. Typical included items are a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. Technical shirts are available as an optional $5 upgrade. Registration fees listed for Oct 1 - Nov 29 include: 5K $41.48, 10K $46.92, Half-Marathon $50.17, Virtual Run $41.48, Family 1 Mile $39.31.
