Format and services
The event uses a capped wave system with a limited number of participants per wave. Timing is optional and there are no timing chips; participants may track time with their own devices and submit results for publication. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is mailed to participants in the United States instead of in-person packet pickup. Shipped items include a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Online results and a certificate of completion are available. A virtual run option allows participants to complete their distance anywhere and receive a medal after submitting results.
