Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 : Sacramento
The Sloth Run is a community run held on June 20, 2026 at Sutter's Landing Regional Park in Sacramento, California. The event is organized as a smaller, private group run with capacity limits per wave; waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A virtual run option and a wait list are available when in-person waves are full.

All ages and paces are accepted; participants under 18 need a guardian. The format welcomes running or walking. Timing is optional: participants may track times with common running apps and submit results via the event’s submission process, or request that coordinators help record times. No timing chips are used.
Packet handling is handled by mail for most items: running shirts are shipped to US mailing addresses and race bibs are provided on race day. Shirts are typically mailed the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
Event swag includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or other giveaway, a finisher's medal, and a digital training pack. Online results and a certificate of completion are provided. Organizers extend an invitation to join local running clubs and run an optional charity initiative that donates $1 for each mile logged after the race.
