Event Overview

The Me AND Mom 5k is a walking and running event scheduled for a Sunday in April. It takes place at Liberty Station, with the course beginning and ending at NTC Park. The route is a scenic two-lap course around Liberty Station Park.

Supporting a Cause

The event raises funds. Proceeds directly support free mental health services for women facing complicated pregnancies.

For Participants

All participants receive an exclusive event T-shirt and a finisher's medal. Special medals are awarded to the top three finishers. Children and leashed pets are welcome.

Race Day Details

On-site activities include live DJ music, face painting, a bouncy house, and arts and crafts for children. Complimentary water and snacks are provided at the finish line. There are also vendor exhibits. Open parking is available for participants.

Logistics

Bib and T-shirt pickup is scheduled for a Thursday before the race at Road Runner Sports on Copley Drive in San Diego. Participants should bring a valid photo ID or registration confirmation. For those who cannot attend the pre-race pickup, bib and T-shirt collection is available on race day, with early check-in starting in the morning at the event site.
