Bagel Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS : event overview
The Bagel Run in Memphis takes place at Riverwalk, Memphis, Tennessee on October 10, 2026. The event offers in-person and virtual participation across multiple distances and a family fun mile.

This is organized as a smaller, capped group run with multiple waves. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis; when waves sell out, a virtual option or wait list is available. Timing is optional: participants may use a tracking app (for example Strava or similar) and submit times for posting, or ask coordinators to help record times. No timing chips are used.
Participants receive shipped swag instead of onsite packet pickup. Swag items include a running T-shirt (shipped within the US), a finisher's towel or similar giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs. Optional technical running shirts are available for a small additional fee. Race bibs are provided on race day and final race details and course maps are emailed in the week before the event.
