Event Information
The Memorial Day Freedom Run takes place in Memphis at Riverwalk. The event is described as a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave. All paces and ages are welcome, and participants can run or walk.

Event Details
Participants in the in-person event receive a race bib on race day. No race day packet pickup is required for swag, which is shipped directly to the participant's US mailing address the week of the race. The shipped items include a running t-shirt. Finishers receive a medal and a towel or giveaway item.
Timing is optional and can be tracked via personal apps. There are no timing chips. Results can be submitted online for posting.
A virtual run option is available. Virtual participants can run at any time and place, and they receive a digital training pack. They can submit their results via email to receive a finisher's medal.
The event has wave start times. Wave A begins at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:00 AM, and Wave C at 8:30 AM. Late runners can run upon arrival, as coordinators stay for three hours after the first wave.
