Coffee Lover Run LAS VEGAS occurs on January 30, 2027 at Sunset Park, East Sunset Road, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and multiple race distances for runners and walkers.

The in-person event is organized as smaller waves with a cap per wave; waves close when they fill. A wait list is available when waves sell out. All paces and ages may participate; minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used. Participants may track time with apps such as Strava or RunKeeper and submit results for posting. Event coordinators can assist with timekeeping.
Registered participants receive event items shipped to their US mailing address, including a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or giveaway. A digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion are provided. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional $5. Race bibs are provided on race day and packet pickup is not required. Shirts are shipped the week of the race; late registrants may receive shirts after the event.
The event includes a virtual training pack for remote participants. After the race, each mile logged contributes one dollar to participating charities; fundraising is optional. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
