MLK Jr. Freedom Run - Las Vegas
The MLK Jr. Freedom Run takes place on January 16, 2027 at Sunset Park, East Sunset Road, Las Vegas, NV (2601 E Sunset Rd, 89120). The event is presented as an annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day run that combines a community gathering with a focus on remembrance and social purpose.

The event is organized as a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave. Participants of all paces and ages are welcome; those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Timing is optional: runners may track time with an app and submit results for posting, and the event does not use timing chips. Waves are filled on a first come, first serve basis and coordinators provide on-site support.
Swag is shipped to participants in the United States. Included items are a running t-shirt, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs. An optional technical running shirt is available for a small upgrade. Race bibs are provided on race day and shirts are mailed; last minute registrants may receive shirts after the event.
