Event Overview
The Cinco De Mayo Run is a community-focused running event taking place in Fort Worth at Trinity Park. This event offers a variety of distances to accommodate different fitness levels and goals. Organized as a small, private group run, the event features capped participation per wave to ensure a manageable setting for all participants. The run is open to all ages, though participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
The event is designed as a pure run without complex equipment or professional timing chips. Timing is optional; participants may track their own progress using personal apps or request assistance from coordinators to record their times. Results can be submitted to be posted online after the event.
Participant Items
The registration includes a swag bag that is shipped directly to the participant's U.S. mailing address. This bag contains a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a finisher's towel or other giveaway. Race bibs are distributed on-site on the day of the event. Participants also receive a digital training pack and a certificate of completion.
Additional Features
For those unable to attend in person, a virtual run option is available, allowing for completion at any time and place. The organizers also coordinate a charity initiative where funds are donated to partner organizations based on miles logged by participants after the race.
