Race format and participant services
Wave slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Timing is optional; participants may track time with an app and submit results or ask coordinators to help track time. No timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day and swag items are shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration. Typical swag includes a running t-shirt, finisher medal, finisher towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack; a technical running shirt is available as an optional $5 upgrade. Online results and a certificate of completion are available. The virtual option allows participants to run at a time and place of their choosing and receive a medal after submitting results.
