Event Information
The Sunrise Marathon is a running event taking place in Phoenix, Arizona. It will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at G.R. Herberger Park, East Indian School Road.
Distances
Participants can choose from several distances:

- A 13.1 mile half-marathon.

The event is described as a smaller, private group run with a cap per wave. It is open to all paces and ages, with participants under 18 requiring a guardian. The run can be done as a run or walk.
Official timing is optional; participants may track their own time using a running app and submit it via a form. There are no timing chips. Race bibs are provided on the event day.
Participant Swag
Registered runners receive a swag bag that includes:

Logistics
There is no traditional packet pickup. All swag items, except for the race bib, are shipped directly to the participant's address. A final update with details and course maps is emailed the Wednesday before the race.
