Coffee Lovers Run - Camden
The Coffee Lovers Run takes place at Wiggins Waterfront Park in Camden, New Jersey. This event is organized as a small, private group run with a limited number of participants per wave to ensure a manageable environment. It is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, including both runners and walkers. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
The event offers several distances:
- 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 13.1 miles (Half-Marathon)
This is a stress-free run without the use of timing chips. Timing is optional; participants may track their own progress using personal running applications or request assistance from on-site coordinators to record their times for the online results page.
There is no formal packet pickup required. The organizer ships swag bags, including a running T-shirt, directly to the participant's registered US address. Finisher medals and towels are also provided as part of the registration. Race bibs are distributed on the day of the event. For those who cannot attend in person, a virtual run option is available, allowing participants to complete their chosen distance at any location and submit their results electronically to receive their medal.
The course is supported by on-site coordinators who remain present for three hours following the start of the first wave. The event also features a charitable component where continued mileage logged after the race contributes to donations for various organizations.
